Google Nexus 4 delivery delayed by up to three weeks

Google’s new flagship, the Nexus 4, was expected to start shipping today, but some users have begun receiving emails from Google saying that a delay of up to three weeks should be expected due to its “overwhelming demand”. Although you can cancel the order, it would be wise to wait as the phone is still out of stock at Google Play Store. Google has said that it will waive off the shipping charges on the phone when it’s finally shipped. Both the Nexus 7 and the Nexus 4 sold out extremely quickly, but it seems that buying the Nexus 4 seemed seemed to be more frustrating as Google may not have ¬†expected such a huge demand for the device. Another probable reason can be that Google had asked for a limited number of devices to be manufactured at first and now due to the overwhelming demand LG may ramp up its production soon.
