Microsoft is changing its image, brand perception and all imagery associated with it. Just after Windows 8′s new flag highlight the new User Interface we have yet another new branding. This time its the Microsoft’s Logo. The new logo describes Microsoft’s new bold yet simplistic approach. The square logo also shows Microsoft’s dedication to its new design language which for the moment is being called Windows 8 UI. While Microsoft readies itself for the Windows 8 backlash due to its touch centric UI, a firm support for the new interface raises the confidence of users in the product. There’s a learning curve to any new interface and that should be same for Windows 8 as well. But that discussion is reserved for a later time, for now if you want a deeper look there’s a video after the break.
