Apple has just presented a 132-page document written in 2010 which compares the iPhone with the Galaxy S. Although the trial may seem laughable comparing similar UI to everyone outside the two companies, the legal ramifications of this trial can be quite damaging to the losing party. The above image shows how iPhone’s icons provide for better usability than Samsung’s own design, saying that Samsung should try to learn from the iPhone. Apple has presented this document to lay the precedence that Samsung has been actively ripping of iOS in its attempt to attract more customers. Although Samsung can easily refute this by saying that every company compares itself to its competitors and Apple being the market leader, makes it even more susceptible to such comparisons.
